PURPOSE: A system for managing a communication network trouble using gateway systems between communication service providers is provided to install a gateway system server in a communication network provider, and to install gateway system clients in communication service providers, thereby efficiently exchanging trouble information between the communication network provider and the communication service providers. CONSTITUTION: A communication network provider system(2) supplies communication network equipment. Many communication service provider systems(7,12) receive the communication network equipment, and supply communication services. The communication network provider system(2) has a gateway system server(6). The communication service provider systems(7,12) have gateway system clients(11,16), in order to exchange trouble-related information through the Internet(1). The provider system(2) comprises as follows. A communication network provider network management system(3) stores/monitors information on the network equipment, and collects alarm information related to a trouble. A communication network trouble management system(5) receives the alarm information, decides the troubled provider system(2), and generates a trouble ticket. A gateway system server(6) receives the trouble ticket, and transmits the trouble ticket to the provider system(2). |
