FIELD: construction engineering; monitoring cyclic service life during operation of power equipment . SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in continuous recording of factors of loading, pressures and temperatures and calculation of stresses at check points liable to considerable damage. To enhance quality of monitoring due to increase of speed and accuracy of calculations of stresses by actual operating parameters, magnitudes of loading parameters are recorded at each check point taking into account pressure and temperature of various media. Individual set of base functions taking into account change in temperature field in metal is calculated preliminarily; temperature factor is taken into account as Duhamel integral and calculation of present magnitudes of unknown stresses at check point is made by universal formula. Invention contains mathematical expressions for accurate calculation and for approximation of base functions. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of pipe line. 3 cl, 2 dwg |
