FIELD: liquid heating systems for individual houses or separate sections (porches) of multistory buildings. SUBSTANCE: system has heater hydraulically communicating with water circulation loop, heating elements installed in locations to be heated hydraulically communicating with circulation loop, and expansion vessel communicating with circulation loop. Heater has steam generator disposed in bottom part of circulation loop that communicates with the latter through water flow setting unit; steam generator outlet communicates through heat-insulated steam pipeline with steam inlet of steam-liquid ejecting pump-condenser installed in tandem in top part of circulation loop.
