SUBSTANCE: alloy of invention includes, as important ingredient, three- component phase so that alloy contains, wt %: magnesium at least 5-6, zirconium 0.05-0.15, manganese 0.05-0.12, titanium 0.01-0.2, and 0.05-0.5% of at least one element selected from scandium, terbium, cerium, and other lanthanides, including at least scandium, and further 0.1-0.2% copper and/or 0.1-0.4% zinc as well as aluminum and indispensable silicon inclusions in amounts up to 0.1%. Invention also provides a part made from above-defined alloy using welding technique, which is appropriate for aircrafts, in particular for aircraft fuselage.
