A channel for use in an extension arm for adjustably mounting a device thereto. The channel includes an elongated body having a first roller disposed at a first end therof and a second roller disposed at a second end thereof. A cable channel is formed within the body that runs longitudinally from a location adjacent the first end to the second end so as to pass through the second roller and to form an opening in the second end of the body.
