The present invention discloses a battery compression stopper suitable for preventing the compression of a battery assembly by repeatedly applying an external force to at least one battery assembly between end plates, and a battery module comprising the same. The battery compression stopper according to the prevent invention includes a partition wall which is located around the battery assembly and is exposed from the battery assembly to protect the battery assembly in the battery module, and a base plate which is exposed from the partition wall and the battery assembly under the battery assembly and the partition wall.
