PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a label to be laminated on a disc-shaped recording substrate by forming the label during a process for supplying a strip material. SOLUTION: A strip material M with a film F for forming the label laminated on a base sheet S is used, and film areas F1, F2 other than a label L are recovered by making a slit corresponding to planar shape for a recording substrate D while the strip material is being fed. This enables the label L to be left on the base sheet S. The label L is held with suction to a label holder 51 by a separating means 14 after being separated, moved onto the recording substrate D located on a laminating position on a stage 50 and laminated on the recording substrate D with press force by a suppress roller 62 being applied.
