摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which the connected number of semiconductor elements connected in parallel with each other is not limited to 2<SP>n</SP>and the variations of the switching loss of each semiconductor element are reduced. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is constituted by connecting a plurality of semiconductor elements 106 and 107 in parallel with each other. This device is provided with first and second terminals which are installed to the elements 106 and 107 and connected to the input and output of the main current, and control terminals which are also installed to the elements 106 and 107 and control the continuity and noncontinuity of the terminals. This device is also provided with a first conductor 101 connected to the first terminals of the elements 106 and 107, a second conductor 102 connected to the second terminals of the elements 106 and 107, and a fourth conductor 104 which is provided in parallel with the first and second conductors 101 and 102 between the conductors 101 and 102 and connected to the control terminals of the elements 106 and 107.
