PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, inexpensive and high reliability filter module by simplifying the structure and facilitating the manufacture thereof. SOLUTION: A three-port fiber module configured as a demultiplexer/multiplexer module is provided with: a graded-index rod lens 20 formed with an interference film filter 22 on one end face; an optical fiber chip 10 which holds three pieces of optical fibers 11, 12, 13 and is placed at the other end of the rod lens 20 aligned with the rod lens 20; and a mirror 30 arranged to be faced to the interference film 22 aligned with the rod lens 20. The optical fiber 11 inputs/outputs a wavelength-multiplexed optical signal; the optical fiber 12 inputs/outputs an optical signal of a wavelength band reflected by the interference film filter 22; and the optical fiber 13 inputs/outputs an optical signal of a wavelength band reflected by the mirror 30 after having selectively passed through the interference film filter 22, respectively.
