PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of cheese with meat and fish by solubilizing meat and fish and mixing them with raw milk. Therefore, manufactured cheese contains nutritive components of the meat and fish as well as milk. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cheese with meat and fish is characterized by the steps of: adding acid or base to meat and fish, agitating them to dissolve them; and neutralizing the dissolved solution of the meat and fish and mixing it with raw milk.
