PURPOSE: An auxiliary memory unit of a mobile phone is provided to allow a user to enjoy various contents by storing video, images and text in using a wireless Internet service and interworking with a main memory unit. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(10) processes a wireless communication band frequency so as to be lowered to a frequency band that can be processed in a controller(30) to create a bit stream. A main memory unit(60) includes ROM having various programs, a non-volatile memory storing various phone numbers and names, and a RAM temporarily storing and processing data. A key input unit(20) generates a signal corresponding to a key inputted by a user and outputs it to the controller(30). An interface(40) is interfaced with an auxiliary memory unit(90) to allow the main memory unit(60) and the auxiliary memory unit(90) to transmit and receive data therebetween. The auxiliary memory unit(90) is a non-volatile memory to which power is continuously supplied. An OSD(On Screen Display)(50) processes color data of a background image, a photo image and a color LCD font, and transfers an RGB signal to a DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(70). The DSP(70) converts an electric signal to a digital signal and the digital signal to Y and C signals, and then, transmits them to an LCD(80). The LCD(80) displays a state or an operation process of a mobile phone.
