SPHYGMUS DETECTION SENSOR, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND SPHYGMUS DETECTION APPARATUS BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A sphygmus detection sensor, a method for manufacturing the same and a sphygmus detection apparatus by using the same are provided to exactly measure the waveform of the radial artery with considering the shape of wrist, thereby improving the reliability of the measurement. CONSTITUTION: A sphygmus detection sensor includes a polymer film(401), a metal conduction layer(402), an insulating layer(403) and a blocking layer(404). The polymer film(401) has a piezoelectric characteristics. The metal conduction layer(402) is formed on both side of the polymer film(401). The insulating layer(403) and the blocking layer(404) are subsequently formed on the metal conduction layer.
