The present invention relates to cookie bridge apparatus and method. If traffic occurs, time on a server and time on a client are measured, and the clients are classified by using a time marker which indicates time difference between the time on the server and the time on the client. If it is determined as the same client based on a result of the classification, the same cookie value is stored even though a web browser is different.
