摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling the current amount of a microorganism fuel cell is provided, to control the amount of current supplied to the fuel cell according to the cell membrane permeability of an electron carrier by changing the mobility of a cell membrane with environmental shock. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of applying a temperature shock or a chemical shock for increasing the mobility of a cell membrane to the microorganism composing a fuel cell, thereby changing the mobility of a cell membrane and changing the amount of current supplied to the fuel cell according to the cell membrane permeability of an electron carrier. Preferably the microorganism is selected from the group consisting of Proteus vulgaris, E. coli, Alcaligenses eutrophus, Azotobacter chroococum, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas putida; the electron carrier is at least one selected from the group consisting of thionine, methylene blue, azur A and benzyl viologen; and the chemical increasing the mobility of a cell membrane is at least one selected from the group consisting of ethanol, methanol, propanol and acetone.
