<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment structure and a surface treatment method for a supercharger for preventing seizure due to insufficient lubrication of a seal ring part of a turbine rotor gas seal part, preventing deterioration of turbine efficiency and compressor efficiency due to gas leak from a gap between an outer circumference surface of a turbine rotor and inner surfaces of a turbine casing and a compressor casing, preventing malfunction of a waste gate valve due to stick of a sliding part of a control link for the waste gate valve, and preventing deterioration of turbine efficiency and influence on environment due to gas leak from a clearance. <P>SOLUTION: In a supercharger compressing intake air to an engine by a compressor rotated by a turbine wheel, carbon dry film created by dissolving carbon ultra-fine powder containing carbon as a principle component in solvent is formed on a sliding contact part of a seal member for gas seal attached on a case member including a turbine casing, a bearing housing and a compressor casing, and a turbine rotor including a turbine wheel, a turbine shaft and a compressor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
