<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hydrophilic FRP powder by a simple method, and the FRP powder can be provided for societies at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the hydrophilic FRP powder is characterized by mixing FRP powder with water in an amount not less than the apparent volume of the FRP powder and then oscillating the mixture at an oscillation frequency of≤20Hz or stirring the mixture at a rotation rate of≤1,200rpm to replace air in spaces among powder particles with water, thereby imparting hydrophilicity to the originally hydrophobic FRP powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
