PURPOSE: A test sample compressing apparatus is provided to prevent thin films from being misaligned when compressing a test sample formed with a plurality of thin films. CONSTITUTION: A test sample compressing apparatus(100) includes a sample receiving section(110) for receiving a first preliminary test sample formed with a plurality of thin films, a bolt(150) connected to the sample receiving section(110), a nut(160) screw-coupled with the bolt(150) so as to provide compressing force for compressing the first preliminary test sample, and a plate positioned at an upper portion of the sample receiving section(110) in order to transfer compressing force to the first preliminary test sample. A first elastic member(140) is provided so as to support the first preliminary test sample. A second elastic member(130) is provided to compress the first preliminary test sample.
