PURPOSE: A structure is provided to effectively remove inductance and prevent a coupling caused due to inductance by increasing the distance between an input noise loop and an output noise loop. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises first and second signal substrates(51,52) arranged at the top and bottom of the structure so as to transfer signals; a ground substrate(53) and a power substrate(54) interposed between the signal substrates; a filter(60) for removing the high frequency noise of the signal transferred through the signal substrates; and a signal input line(60a) and a signal output line(60b) arranged on the signal substrates, respectively, in such a manner that the signals transferred through the signal substrates are input to the filter and the signals passed through the filter are output.
