PRODUCT DEFECT MONITORING SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product defect monitoring system for production process enabling the precise and rapid grasping of an event of generation of a defective vehicle in a production process of automobile or the like to take an action for rapidly stopping the repetition of defective vehicles.

SOLUTION: This product defect monitoring system is applied to a production factory having the production process 100 and an MQS 31 for acquiring and storing data related to defect information in a production line in a storage device. This system comprises: a defect information acquisition part 212 for acquiring data related to defect information for a preset fixed number (N) of products from the storage device of the MQS; a defect index calculation part 213 for calculating a defect index by using the fixed number as a denominator and the number of defective products obtained in the defect information acquisition part; a graph formation part 214 for graphing the defect index obtained by calculation; and a display part 215 for displaying the graph formed in the graph formation part.
