PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element of high efficiency and low cost, and to provide its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element has at least a photoelectric conversion region comprising an electron donating material and an electron accepting material between electrodes. The electron accepting material is constituted to include at least unmodified fullerenes and/or unmodified carbon nanotubes. The manufacturing method has a process for spraying solution wherein the electron donating material is dissolved or dispersed, and a process for spraying solution wherein the electron accepting material is dissolved or dispersed, and is constituted to laminate the electron donating material and the electron accepting material on a substrate.
