PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat collecting pipe mounting structure allowing low-cost and easy replacement of a heat collecting pipe mounted to the rear surface of a heat collecting panel of a solar device.

SOLUTION: The heat collecting pipe 5 placed on the rear surface of the heat collecting panel 4 composed of a transparent member 41 and a heat collecting plate 42 is elastically supported at both sides by a pair of pipe supporting members 1 placed along a longitudinal direction of the pipe 5, of which one end is a fixed end 11 fixed to the rear surface of the heat collecting panel 4 and the other end is a free end 12.
