PURPOSE: A system and a method for an instant loan service based on the network are provided to instantly receive a loan on the online without an inspection or a document by selecting an available price and an interest based on a customer level and a credit scoring result calculated from a server. CONSTITUTION: A data communicator(310) inputs/outputs the data for the member certification, a loan request, loan goods, and a loan result with a user through the communication network, inputs/outputs the data for the credit information of each user by communicating with a credit scoring computer, and inputs/outputs the data for the instant loan by connecting to a financial institution computer. A controller(320) provides the available loan price calculated from a loan limit/interest calculator(340) and the loan goods data extracted from a loan information database(360) to the user, requests the financial institution computer deposit the loan to an account fixed by the user if the selection data is received from the user, and outputs a loan payment result to the user. A member information database(350) stores personal information, login information, and loan request data.
