MULTI-PURPOSE PLATE-TO-PLATE TYPE PLASMA REACTOR BY USING CERAMIC THIN PLATE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a multi-purpose plate-to-plate type plasma reactor, which uses ceramic thin plate effective for generating plasma with small energy and is able to continuously generate ozone and a method for preparing thereof. CONSTITUTION: The multi-purpose plate-to-plate type plasma reactor(1) comprises many ceramic flat plate electrodes(100), each of which has an electrode(120) formed by coating a metallic paste on one side surface and two ceramic thin films(110), each having an electrical coupling hole on one end part and a non-electrical coupling hole on the other end part, and where each ceramic flat plate electrode has a fixed gap between adjacent ceramic flat plate electrode and alternatingly layered to one another to have different electrode direction, spacers(300) equipped between alternatingly layered ceramic flat plate electrodes to control the gap between the electrodes and form a path where harmful gases flow, electrode screws(500) arraying and assembling the ceramic flat plate electrodes and spacers and functioning as an outer part electrode, wherein plasma discharge is generated by the electrodes by supplying sources of electricity thereto.
