INK JET PRINTER HEAD CHIP

PURPOSE: An ink jet printer head chip is provided to rapidly emit remaining heat to an exterior of the ink jet printer and transfer heat generated by a heater to ink as much as possible. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet printer head chip is used for an ink jet printer head using bubble generated when ink is heated. The ink jet printer head chip includes a semiconductor substrate(20), a plurality of heaters(70), and a metal wiring layer(60). The semiconductor substrate(20) has a plurality of switch elements. The heaters(70) are provided at upper sides of the switch elements and are operated by the switch elements. The metal wiring layer(60) is formed between the switch elements and the heaters and emits heat generated by the heaters(70) to an exterior of the ink jet printer. The metal wiring layer(60) is positioned between an emitting part and a heating part.
