<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose gripper capable of cutting water by narrowing a flow passage of the hose without damaging the hose, easy to be operated for opening/closing the flow passage of the hose, capable of adjusting a flow rate with visual confirmation, and having excellent operability. <P>SOLUTION: This hose gripper 1 for opening/closing the flow passage of the hose 3 having flexibility and elasticity and extended from a water supply means 11 is formed of a pair of grip parts 2a and 2b and a pair of narrow pinch parts 4a and 4b for directly pinching the hose 3. When the pair of grip parts 2a and 2b are closed, a clearance 5 a little narrower than the thickness of the hose 3 is formed between the pair of pinch parts 4a and 4b.
