<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a business activity by setting a production plan capable of shortening the delivery date, with respect to a product laid in an inquiry state, while reducing the risk of excess part order. <P>SOLUTION: An acceptance device 100 accepts order receipt/inquiry information from a terminal possessed by an agent. The acceptance device transmits the information to a production planning device 200 via a network. The production planning device 200 sets the production plan of each product in reference to master data registered from each department through a backbone system 300. At this time, the sharing property of parts between different products is considered to suppress the excess order of parts. The ordering timing is set so as to be as late as possible while considering the period required for the production of each product.
