PURPOSE: A method for an Internet loan using a common loan community and a computer-readable recording medium recording a program for the same are provided to make users give assurance with each other in order to receive the loan through the Internet and apply a low interest rate in compensation for the assurance. CONSTITUTION: The user performs member registration and logs in to a main server. The main server recommends a community fit to the user by searching a credit level, a loan condition, and a loan price of the user. The user makes or joins in the community. The loan of the preset condition is generated to the community completing the predetermined condition. The user sends an interest on a fixed date. In case that a problem is generated in the assurance, the user compensates for loss as much as the assurance. In the case that the user completely repays the principal, the interests, and the compensation, the user is automatically seceded from the community.
