PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sepa tie for a concrete form is provided to cut down production cost by reducing the process of production and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a sepa tie for a concrete form comprises the steps of forming a screw part(102) and a retreated groove(103) on both ends of a main body(10) having double length in comparison with a finished product, forming a fixed plate(104) by forging the middle of the main body(10) to have double width in comparison with the finished product, forming a cut groove on the front and rear edges of the fixed plate(104) by punching the fixed plate(104), and forming a fastening hole and a cut guide groove on both sides of the cut groove symmetrically, and cutting the main body(10) in two by cutting the front and rear cut grooves formed in the middle of the fixed plate(104).
