The invention discloses a plug coupling device for providing a pressure-sealed connection to complementary connecting means (12). The coupling device comprises a cylindrical body (13), an axially holder piston (14) sliding in the body (13) from a forward idle position and an active retracted position, and a control sleeve (15) movable along said body (13). The pistons connects with the connecting means (12) while retracting in the body (13); the body (13) is provided with oscillating clamping jaws (44) to engage with the connecting means (12) when the piston (14) is in the retracted position; the control sleeve (15) has an internal radial cammed surface (49) which interact with clamping jaws (44) to closed them locking the piston (14) with the connecting means (12) when they are coupled.
