PURPOSE: A power management method, a power management unit formation method, and a power management unit are provided to reduce noises, and achieve improved efficiency and stable output for small ESR values. CONSTITUTION: A power management unit comprises output units(17,18) having output voltages; an output device for driving the output units; an error amplifier including a pre-amplifier having an input part for receiving signals for representing output voltages and forming pre-amplifying output signals; an amplifier for receiving the pre-amplifying output signals, and forming an amplified output signal having a phase shifted with respect to the pre-amplifying output signal; a feed forward block for receiving the pre-amplifying output signal, forming a feed forward output signal having a phase which is substantially not shifted with respect to the pre-amplifying output signal, and forming a compensated signal by adding the amplified output signal and the feed forward output signal; and a driver amplifier for receiving the compensated signal, and driving the output device.
