<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the inspection of reception contents convenient without influencing contents of a server by providing a tool of a frame division on a client side for receiving the contents from the server and displaying them on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: An http browser 22 of a client acquires the contents (containing frame information) of a WWW server 1, makes a file name corresponding to the URL of the server, and maintains the contents in a browser cash 21 using the file name. The user specifies the division direction and division ratio of the display frame. A frame template changing part 22a substitutes the file names, the division direction and the division ratio for a prescribed tag of an initial frame template 24.
