<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat dissipation of diodes in a terminal box of a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple series-connected diodes 30a-30c are installed in a terminal box housing 21. The diodes 30a-30c have first lead terminals 32a-32c with relatively poor heat conductance and second lead terminals 33a-33c with relatively good heat conductance. The first lead terminals 32a-32c are connected to first terminals 25a-25c respectively, and the second lead terminals 33a-33c are connected to second terminals 26a-26c respectively. The second terminal 26a on the diode 30a side is connected to the first terminal 25b on the diode 30b side via a heat dissipation relay terminal 40a. Heat generated in the diode 30a is conveyed to the adjacent first terminal 25a through the second lead terminal 33a with relatively good heat conductance, the second terminal 26a, and the heat dissipation relay terminal 40a, then is dissipated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
