PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the existence/absence, positions, sizes, or the like of inclusions by non-destructively visualizing the inclusions of light element foreign matter or the like included in metallic material, such as aluminum material.SOLUTION: In a method for visualizing inclusions in an aluminum material by using a Talbot interferometer 1 including an X-ray generator 3 for irradiating an X ray, a phase diffraction grating 4 arranged in an X-ray irradiation direction, an absorption grating 5 arranged in the passage direction of an X ray passing through the phase diffraction grating 4, and an X-ray image detector 6 for receiving the X ray passing through the absorption grating 5 to make the X ray an image, inclusions existing inside aluminum material 2 are made an image by arranging the aluminum material 2 between the X-ray generator 3 and the absorption grating 5 in the X-ray irradiation direction and receiving the X ray passing through the absorption grating 5 after passing through the aluminum material 2 by the X-ray image detector 6. |
