<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call system capable of reliably precluding only wrong calls or annoying calls and properly restricting calling to a caller having an original calling right. <P>SOLUTION: The calling system comprises a group 101 of call managing devices consisting of a plurality of call managing device, an incoming-side call terminal device 105 connected to an incoming-side call managing device 102 in the group of call managing devices, a calling-side call terminal 104 connected to a calling-side managing device 103 in the group of call managing devices, and a coded address managing device 106 connected to the incoming-side call managing device 102 and the calling-side call managing device 103.
