The present invention relates to a composition for treating pregnancy-associated diseases and, more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition including, as an active ingredient, extracellular vesicles derived from the bacteria of Bacillus sp. for treating or preventing breast cancer or premature birth, and a method for diagnosing premature birth. The pharmaceutical composition including, as an active ingredient, extracellular vesicles derived from the bacteria of Bacillus sp. of the present invention can induce pregnancy or prevent premature birth in pregnant women, and can also be used in the treatment or prevention of pregnancy-associated diseases such as breast cancer. Also, the present invention can be usefully applied to diagnosing the risk of premature birth by measuring the amount of extracellular vesicles derived from the bacteria of Bacillus sp. in pregnant women.
