PURPOSE: A packing box is provided to enable safe storage of any fragile food, such as eggs or vegetables, and to simplify the manufacture and assembly thereof while achieving a desired structural strength. CONSTITUTION: The packing box(1) comprises a bottom panel on which a storage box is seated, a plurality of exterior wall members provided at opposite edges of the bottom panel to define a receiving space of the box, each exterior wall member being divided into a plurality of foldable sections, a plurality of horizontal beam members coupled between the respective corresponding sections of the wall members along the remaining opposite edges of the bottom panel, and supports for the exterior wall members.
