FIELD: estimation of technical state and rejection of defective gas centrifuges; separation of components of isotope gas mixtures, mainly uranium isotopes; parallel operation in groups of isotope-separating cascade. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes measurement of rotor oscillation amplitude and comparison of the results with reference magnitudes. Amplitude of fluctuation of angular velocity of rotor is measured; angular velocity is determined by change in spontaneous magnitude of phase shift between voltage at stator of gas centrifuge motor and emf of rotor revolution sensor; electrical signal which is recorded is presented in form of harmonic progression and set of ordinal numbers of harmonic components in progression is compared with reference magnitudes. System proposed for realization of this method includes control computer complex for collecting and processing the information, controllable switch with revolution sensors of gas centrifuges and time interval measurement unit whose inputs are connected respectively to power supply source and to control switch and output is connected control computer complex for collection and processing of information. Time interval unit is includes phase signal shaper, logic switch mounted at output-input of stabilized frequency pulse generator and pulse counter whose second input is connected to output of phase signal shaper; inputs of this unit are inputs of signal converters and output is output of pulse counter. ^ EFFECT: detection of negligible deviations in gas centrifuge rotor rotational speed and estimation of defects causing such deviations. ^ 7 cl, 5 dwg |
