<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information provision system and a medical information processing service system, for browsing medical data on a result or the like of medical examination reception in a medical institution by an information appliance which a medical examinee uses in one's house or the like without accompanying risk of information leakage to the outside, and to provide a medical information system using them. <P>SOLUTION: Medical information is recorded in a storage medium 17 carried by a receiving person, and the medical examinee only receives provision of a program 36 for displaying the medical information recorded in the storage medium 17 on the information appliance 21 which the medical examinee oneself uses, via the Internet 14.
