<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical interconnection circuit which monitors and controls emitted light quantity of a light emitting element being a light source of a light transmission means using an optical waveguide, and which stably operates for a long period of time and is easily miniaturized and easily manufactured, and to provide an electrooptical device and electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The optical interconnection circuit is provided with: a first minute tile shaped element 21 attached to a substrate 10 and equipped with a light emitting part 21a; a second minute tile shaped element 20 attached to the substrate 10 in the vicinity of the first minute tile shaped element 21 and equipped with a light receiving part 20b; and an optical waveguide material formed on the substrate 10 and is also provided with at least the optical waveguide 30 comprising the light emitting part 21a and the light receiving part 20b optically connected thereto and an APC driver circuit 25 to control the emitted light quantity of the light emitting part 21a based on a detected value of the light receiving part 20b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
