<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter device of electronic device from which, the electronic device can be easily taken out, making the memo area arranged at the electronic device visually recognizable even when mounted, with improved operability and appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The adapter device comprises an adapter device body for being mounted on an apparatus on which the adapter device is mounted; a mounting part arranged on the adapter device body on which the electronic equipment having at least a semiconductor integrated circuit element built therein and a first terminal part arranged at an end part thereof is mounted; a second terminal part arranged at one side surface of the adapter device serving as an insertion side to be inserted into the apparatus, transmitting/receiving data to/from the apparatus; an opening for insertion and draw-out continuously arranged at the mounting part on the other side surface opposite to the one side surface of the adapter device body; a connecting part arranged at the mounting part, to be connected to the first terminal part of the electronic equipment, electrically connected to the second terminal part; and notch parts respectively arranged on the other side surface of the adapter body which are facing each other, making a part of the other end side of the electronic device mounted on the mounting part faced to the outside.
