PURPOSE: A regeneration method of adsorbing air drier of exterior air suction regenerating type and equipment thereof are provided, which can regenerate air drier by circulating exterior air and internal air so that any loss of compressed air may be prevented thus maximizing production capacity of compressed air and energy. CONSTITUTION: The regeneration method comprises a first step of sucking exterior air and heating, and feeding the heated air to the dry towers(21,22) filled with moisture absorbent for heating the dry towers(21,22); a second step of evaporating moisture in the dry towers(21,22) by heating the tower and exhausting the evaporated moisture to outdoor; and a third step of circulating cooled internal air for cooling the heated dry towers(21,22).
