PURPOSE: An equipment for freezing is provided to quickly transmit energy to a heat storage material and gradually emit the stored heat by using a heat sink filled with a heat storage material, thereby improving cold insulation. CONSTITUTION: A container body is filled with a heat insulation material or heat storage material(67) in a double structure. A door is attached to the container body by a hinge. A ventilation plate(64) has holes for circulating heat of a container inside, and a heat circulation fan. A heat sink body(65) emits heat into the container. A heat storage material is filled with an empty space at the side of the heat sink body. A thermoelectric element(69) is mounted at a lower part of the heat sink body by using thermal grease. A power cord connects power source to the thermoelectric element. A general metal heat sink plate(70) emits heat to a lower part of the thermoelectric element. A cooling fan(71) removes heat generated in the thermoelectric element. A ventilating opening emits the heat to the outside. A temperature controller controls a temperature.
