PURPOSE: A machine for producing bean curd having the tapered lower end part of a wire mesh in which beans are crushed, a double bean-crusher blade and a silicon-coated contact portion between a cover and a case is provided. It enables a smooth crushing work to be achieved while reducing noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: The bean curd making machine comprises: a cylindrical plastic case(1) opened at the upper part; a stainless container(2) placed within the case to collect the crushed liquid bean; a wire mesh(3) in which beans are crushed into liquid bean by the double blade(13,14) of a crusher; a cover(10) coupled to the case to cover the upper part of the case, mounted with a motor(11) therewithin and installed with the double blade of a crusher at the rotational shaft of the motor; and a heater(4) installed at the lower part of the stainless container. The contact portion between the case and cover is coated with silicon. |
