<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the assembly of an electrohydraulic manifold which is simple, easy and sufficiently inexpensive for mass production, and to provide a method for forming the assembly. <P>SOLUTION: An assembly 10 of the electrohydraulic manifold is provided with a plurality of electromagnetic valves 16 to 30 on a manifold block 12 so as to respectively control pressure from an entrance to an individual exit. Each exit is provided with sensing ports 134 to 142, and pressure sensors 32 to 40 are sealed over these to provide a sensed pressure signal. The pressure sensors 32 to 40 are provided on a lead frame 14 and connected with conductive strips in the lead frame 14. The lead frame 14 is provided with slots 200 to 230, and transducers 32 to 40 are sealed over the sensing ports 134 to 142. Thus, when the lead frame 14 is fitted to the manifold block 12, the insertion-type connection of the lead frame 14 with terminals 103 to 132 on the respective electromagnetic valves 16 to 30 is performed simultaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
