<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition using a new photopolymerization initiator system having high sensitivity over a wide wavelength range of 350 to 450 nm, excellent in work efficiency and economical efficiency, suitable for a CTP system, and usable as a material for a planographic printing plate for scanning exposure having high sensitivity to the oscillation wavelength of an inexpensive short-wavelength semiconductor laser. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains (i) an acridine-based sensitizing dye having a specified structure, (ii) an activator compound and (iii) a polymerizable compound which reacts under a radical or an acid, wherein the component (iii) is preferably an addition-polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
