<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerating valve system capable of being inexpensively surely operated. <P>SOLUTION: This speed-up valve device 1 comprising oil pressure source-side ports U1, U2 and load-side ports V1, V2, has a channel 31a communicating the port U1 and the port V1, and a check valve 60 mounted on channels 31e, 31i connecting the port U2 and the port V2 in the direction to allow the flow of the pressure oil from the port U2 to the port V2. The valve device also has a reverse pilot operation check valve 40 mounted on a channel 31g connecting the port V1 and the port V2 and allows the flow of the pressure oil from the port V2 to the port V1, when the oil pressure of the port U2 is low and the pressure of the channel 31a is not high, and a pilot operation check valve 50 mounted in channels 31d, 31h in parallel with the channels 31e, 31i between the port U2 and the port V2, and allows the flow of the pressure oil from the port V2 to the port U2, when the oil pressure of the channel 31a is high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
