<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor actuator which can impart a large thrust to a moving body such as a table, and has a compact structure in which a linear guide and a linear motor are integrally combined, and moreover which can be inexpensively manufactured and easily handled. <P>SOLUTION: While a track rail having a guide passage for sliders is formed in a channel shape, a table structure moving through the guide passage is equipped with a pair of sliders which move back and forth through the guide passage, and a combined top plate which interlinks these sliders at a prescribed interval with each other and has an attachment plane of the moving body. While an armature constituting the linear motor is accommodated between the pair of sliders, field magnets of the linear motor are arranged on the track rail facing the guide passage so that the armature and field magnets for constituting the linear motor are completely integrated with the table structure and track rail for constituting the linear guide, and moreover all these can be accommodated inside the linear guide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
