<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the number of symbols displayable in the display area where the symbols are displayed when the game is under a special state. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a display part which can display many kinds of symbols in a plurality of display areas with the start of the game, a judging part for judging whether the specified conditions are met or not per game and a display control part for changing the number of symbols displayable in the display areas.
