<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting a business to limit the amount of carbon dioxide emission to a certain fixed quota in order to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emission all over the world, and for motivating the business which appears to be able to limit the amount of carbon dioxide emission to the quota to further reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emission. <P>SOLUTION: This system for managing the recorded value of the amount of carbon dioxide emission with respect to the emission quota of carbon dioxide of each customer is capable of managing the carry-over of the emission quota for this year to the next year, or to manage the borrowing/lending or transfer of the emission quota between customers in order to flexibly deal with the emission quota. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
