Reservation management for use of the commercial facility 3 offering the service by the customer 1, entrance management, and customer management such as reservation of the offered specific service is carried out by referring to the personal data 5, and various service contents offered in the commercial facility 3 are selected and outputted in association with the contents of the personal data 5.
